Thirteen years of paper shuffling, massive increase in management that have come to nothing apart from the threat to the sport that is sustaiable, profitable, harms no one, and is conservation minded. With the growth of the real sea anglers network, may they be a force to recon with, both the powers to be and the reps who say they rep the rsa but have thier own secret agendas.
